Supplies: Size 3/2.1mm Steel Crochet Hook, 150 yds.  Size 10 Cotton Crochet Thread,

Stitches Used: ch (chain), slst (slip stitch), sc (single crochet), dc (double crochet), dcdec (decrease double crochet), picot (ch3, slst in 3^rd ch from hook), shell (2dc, ch1, 2dc in stitch)

Directions:

Rnd. 1: ch6, join with slst to form ring.

Rnd. 2: ch3 (counts as first dc), 17 dc in ring, join with slst to beginning dc.   18dc

Rnd. 3: (first spoke) ch9, turn, dc in 3^rd ch from hook, 2dc in next 5 ch, sc in first dc on ring, ch1, turn, working in back loops, sc in each of the last 12 dc, ch1, turn, sc in first 3sc, *picot, sc in next 3 sc*, repeat from *to* twice,  sc in next dc on ring,

(2^nd spoke) [ch6, turn, sc in center picot on previous spoke, ch3, turn, dc in first ch, 2dc in each of the next 5 ch, sc in next dc on ring, ch1, turn, working in back loops, sc in each of the last 12 dc, ch1, turn, sc in first 3sc, *picot, sc in next 3 sc*, repeat from *to* twice, sc in next dc on ring], repeat from [to] 6 times,
