please spell out rnd 5. it says I need to end in 12 stitches… the first one sz to sl in first 4 sc, sl, ch 1… then sc in next sc and next 11 / ends 12 stitches / I do not know how to do this it is on the above pattern for dress front … by the sea teddy

when you sl st (insert hook in sc, and then grab yarn with hook and pull thru (much like a ch), do this 4 times (it reduces the number of sc in that row, then sl st one more time in the next sc, ch 1 and then sc in the same st, then sc in next 11 sc….hope this helps…..
