Is there a way for you to resize this to fit 18 months. This is perfit for my grandson only he needs bigger size and the only way I know how to make it bigger is to go up a few hook sizes.

You could move up 1 hook size, but I don’t think that will give you a size you need. More than 1 hook size and the outfit becomes too “flimsey”. How soon do you need it?
