Supplies: Worsted Wt. Yarn, 21 (23, 25) ounces solid, 7 ounces multi color, size F, G, H and I crochet hook, yarn needle, 5-3/8″ and 6 5/8″ buttons, needle and thread.

Yes, it includes the hat for both the child and the doll.
