MioMi Scarf-Free Crochet Pattern

Complete the set!  A matching scarf to go with the MioMi Slouch Beret.

Skill Level: Intermediate

Stitches Used: ch (chain), sc (single crochet), hdc (half double crochet), dc (double crochet). Note: turning ch 3 counts as first dc.

Supplies: Size J Hook, 7 ounces Herrschners Whisper Soft-Dk Beige #0025.

Gauge: Gauge: with J hook, 2 pattern groups = 2″, 4 pattern rows = 3″  Pattern = 2 dc, loosely hdc in skipped dc, skip next dc.

Directions

Rnd. 1: ch 24, sc in 2nd ch from hook and in each ch across, ch 3, turn.      23 sc

Rnd. 2: skip next sc, *dc in next 2 sc, loosely hdc in skipped sc, skip next sc*, repeat from * 6 times, dc in last dc, ch 3, turn.

Rnd. 3: skip next dc, *dc in next 2 dc, loosely hdc in skipped dc, skip next dc*, repeat from * 6 times, dc in last dc, ch 3, turn.

Rnds. 4-92: repeat rnd. 3, ch 1, turn at end of rnd. 92.

Rnd. 93: sl st in each st across, fasten off, weave in end.

Finishing

With right side facing, attach yarn in open loop of beginning ch, ch 1, sl st in same st and in each st across, fasten off, weave in end.
